As part of our first expansion into hormonal health at Carrot, I led the product marketing efforts for our menopause and low testosterone (Low T) launches. Recognizing the importance of framing these offerings within the broader context of inclusive benefits, I co-created a comprehensive Hormonal Health Guide to educate employers and members on how hormonal health fits into fertility care.
This initiative was a collaborative effort with my PMM counterpart, who led our gender-affirming care launch. Together, we partnered with our content and design teams to bring the guide to life—ensuring it was both informative and accessible. The guide helps position hormonal health as a critical component of whole-person care, reinforcing that fertility benefits go beyond fertility and family-building.
We continue to update the guide regularly to reflect new offerings and ensure relevance as the space evolves.
