Twice a year, I lead the planning, production, and facilitation of our Champion Product Update Webinars—a key touchpoint designed to keep current customers informed and engaged with the latest Carrot product updates.

These webinars provide a deeper dive into recent and upcoming launches, along with relevant announcements, news, and important reminders. I manage the full process end to end: content planning, coordination with two internal presenters (typically from Implementation, Customer Success, Product, or Clinical), scripting and messaging support, webinar facilitation (live or pre-recorded), and follow-up communications.

The May 2024 webinar was delivered live and is currently available for customers (linked below). The November 2024 session was pre-recorded to accommodate end-of-year schedules while still delivering valuable updates in an accessible format.

These sessions play a key role in reinforcing customer engagement, highlighting our product momentum, and building trust with our most invested users.
