Each quarter, I lead the development of Carrot’s customer newsletter, a strategic communication touchpoint that keeps our existing customers informed, engaged, and aligned with our product roadmap and broader company momentum.
The newsletter features curated content including recent and upcoming product launches, key announcements, and Carrot media coverage—offering a snapshot of what’s new, what’s coming soon, and how we continue to evolve in the fertility and family-forming space. It complements our Champion Product Update Webinars by delivering similar content in a more frequent yet accessible, digestible format for customers who prefer written communication.
I manage the newsletter end to end—from content planning and stakeholder coordination to messaging, layout guidance, and final delivery—ensuring each edition reflects our brand voice and delivers value to our audience.
